Strength

“Iron, our sustenance; Gym, our refuge.” The sisters and brothers of the Church of the Bicep are united through their tireless pursuit of gains. A body of steel personifies strength in many forms: strength in being, strength in give-and-take, strength in progression. Follow the way of iron, to grow and prosper.

Respect

Members of our family respect one another. The scrawny, the ripped, or the wrecked – anyone who attends their local temple is worthy of encouragement and honor. For any soul who walks the path of iron carries weight.

Discipline

Iron will and complete surrender are the keys to the heavenly weight room. In this way, we break the chains of our own limitations and challenge ourselves every day anew. For Liftus said: “Exalt thineself with sweat and pain, so may thine body swiftly gain.”

Passion

It is our faith in strength training – the magnetic pull of the iron – the desire for a splendorous musculature – that drive us to seek out the temple unceasingly. With true passion for strength and mass, no journey will be too far and no weight will be too heavy.

Spirit

“A body is only as strong as the spirit that lives within.” To possess true strength, show weakness; to win the war against yourself, be at peace with yourself; to have faith in strength training, believe in your inner strength. As you nourish your body, nourish your spirit.
